Igor Semenov has more than 10 years of experience in venture capital, including 6 years with «Western NIS Enterprise Fund», where he worked as Research Associate and Investment Associate.

During 5 years he worked as Investment Manager in such venture capital firms as «AVentures» and «TECHINVEST». While working in these VC firms, he was involved in investments in such successful technology companies as «United Software Corporation» and «APowerCap Technologies».

The latter company was declared the winner of the technology projects competition for venture capital investments at «Silicon Valley Open Doors-2006» Technology Investment Conference.

Igor Semenov was also one of the organizers of the first Road-show of Ukrainian technologies in the U.S.A. which was conducted by «AVentures» in 2003.

He graduated with MS in the English Language from Lviv State University and with MBA from Lviv Institute of Management (MBA program in partnership with Wayne State University School of Business Administration, Detroit, USA.)
