Alexei G. kozhenkin, born in 1950 in Zhitomir, Ukraine, gratuated from Taras Shevchenko Kyiv State University.

Since 1973, had been working at warious senior positions at the ukrainian Chamber of Commerce, Antonov Aircraft Desigh Bureau, Ukrainian Federation of Trade Unions (incl.three years at the UN Geneva Office), in consulting, advertising, travel businesses.

Managing Director of "IT Ukraine" Association since its establishment in April, 2004.
