Peter Harrison: Chief Executive Officer, GlobalLogic Peter Harrison, who received the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur Of The Year(r) 2007 award for the US North-Atlantic Region, is a twenty year plus veteran of the IT industry. Currently he is CEO of GlobalLogic, the world leader in the rapidly expanding Global Product Development market that has experienced 80% annual revenue growth for the past three years.
Prior to joining GlobalLogic, Harrison was senior vice president of field operations at Versata (NASDAQ: VATA), a leading provider of rules automation solutions. While at Versata, Harrison increased revenues to $56 million within four years. In addition to raising over $170 million in private and public funds, Harrison also scaled Versata's sales and customer support operations and trained over 300 team members.
Prior to Versata, Harrison co-founded Seer Technologies, a leading provider of IT consulting services. Harrison helped build revenues to $120 million within five years and took the company public in 1995. He also played a leading role in establishing international field operations, which swiftly grew to represent over 60% of the company's revenues. Before co-founding Seer, Harrison held various positions at IT and consulting companies such as Credit Suisse First Boston and Logica Plc. Harrison is a graduate in software engineering from Birmingham University in the United Kingdom.
