CEE Outsourcing Summit 2007 is organized by "IT Ukraine" Association, together with "IT Market Group" its Marketing  Agency, in cooperation with a number of CEE Associations representing Russia, Belarus, Hungary, Slovakia, etc. 

“IT Ukraine” Association was set up in April, 2004, as the joint effort of a group of leading Ukrainian software developing companies, which have accumulated a successful experience, in terms of sales and licensing their services, at developed markets of  North America and Europe.

The objective for establishing this Association was to consolidate software companies’ efforts in promoting competitive Ukrainian products at the world market, unite a scientific, educational and industrial potential of Ukraine to develop the software meeting the highest international standards, as well as create the most favorable conditions for the Ukrainian IT industry further development.

Since September, 2004, “IT Ukraine” Association is a member of the World Alliance Information Technology and Services (WITSA). On May 2006 “IT Ukraine” Association became a member of the European ICT Association (EICTA).
